My Account

Do I have to set up a store account when I order men's underwear and swimwear?

 

No, you don’t have set up an account with Manhood Undies you can check out as a guest. But there are a whole range of advantages of setting up a store account. You can store your details such as shipping and billing addresses and even your credit cards so you can check out quicker. You will also be able to send us messages and process any returns or exchanges.

Can I reset my password?

 

Yes, just log into your Manhood Undies account and select account settings and you will then be able to create a new password. If you have forgotten your password then just go to the account log in page and click forgotten password and then you will be able to reset your password.

What can I do with my account?

 

By opening a Manhood Undies store account you can see all your underwear and swimwear orders as well as seeing the status of any orders. You can also send and receive messages as well request any return or exchanges. You can also speed up the ordering process by storing the delivery address as well as storing your credit / debit card details. You can also see what underwear and swimwear you have viewed recently. So by keeping your account up to date you can make sure you get your brand new men's designer underwear and swimwear in a couple of clicks.

Is my account information secure?

 

Yes, we take security very seriously at Manhood Undies that is why we use the very highest standard of security and encryption. Your information and transactions are always secure.

Can I see what information you hold on me?

 

Yes, in order to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we have to be able to show you what personal information we hold on you. If you would like to request this information then please send an email to info@manhood-undies.com.

What do you use my information for?

 

We will only use the information you have given us in the business of Manhood Undies Limited, and this will only be for the primary purpose of promoting and selling men's designer underwear and swimwear. This may include but is not limited to promoting and processing activities that are associated with the selling of men’s underwear and men’s swimwear.

Can I close my account?

 

Yes you can. We would hate to say goodbye as we think relationships with our customers are important. You would also miss out on all the amazing designer underwear and swimwear offers that we have just for our customers. But if you want to close your account then just let us know by emailing info@manhood-undies.com.

Placing An Order

How do I place an order?

 

Placing an order at Manhood Undies could not be easier. Just browse through our selection of men’s underwear and swimwear. You can view by style, brand as well as variety of other categories. Once you find something you like just select the size and colour option and then add it to your cart. Then either keep on shopping or go to the check out.

I made a mistake, can I change my order?

 

If you realise you have made a mistake after ordering your men's underwear and swimwear then contact us as soon as possible and we will try and rectify your mistake before your order ships. If your order has already been shipped then you may be able to return your order in line with our Exchanges & Returns Policy.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

 

If you are looking for a particular men's underwear or swimwear product but it is showing as out of stock then get in touch with us as we may be able to help find it for you. Most of the the men's underwear and swimwear designers we work with tend to create different collections throughout the year with limited production numbers. So usually once an item is sold out then we are not able to get anymore stock. But this does vary, so please contact us so we can see what might be possible.

How do I search for products?

 

We stock a lot of different men's underwear and swimwear styles and products using a range of materials. So it can be difficult to find exactly what you want. In order to help you choose your men's underwear and swimwear we have broken the categories down into styles such as briefs, jockstraps and men's thongs as well into wider categories that focus on the function such as sexy men's underwear or enhancing men's underwear. We also group men's underwear and swimwear together into collections to highlight new product ranges or men's underwear designers and brands collections.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the Manhood Undies website by typing in what you are looking for. So you may type "see through lace mens thong" and it will bring back the top matches for you or you can choose to view all matches.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

 

As we are a purely online men’s underwear and swimwear store we only accept online payments. But we have a wide range of different ways you can pay online, all of them quick, safe and secure. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Why has my payment been declined?

 

If you are trying to order men’s underwear or men's swimwear, but your payment has been declined it will usually be because your card issuer has declined the transaction. This could be because you have not provided the correct details or because you have insufficient funds. If you think that your payment has been declined when it shouldn’t have been then let us know by emailing info@manhood-undies.com and we will investigate for you.

Can I use store credit as payment in part or full?

 

Yes, you can use store credit for either full or part payment for your men’s under and swimwear orders. We are not currently issuing gift certificates for the store, but this may change in the future. You can see what store credit you may have available by logging into your store account. You can then apply any store credit you have when you checkout as long as you are logged into your account.

I have a coupon code, how do I use it?

 

If you are lucky enough to have a Manhood Undies coupon or discount code than all you have to enter it during checkout and then the discount or offer will be applied to your men’s underwear and swimwear order before moving to payment. When on the checkout page you will see a link in the summary section where you can enter your code.

How do I know my payment has been processed?

 

If your payment is processed successfully then you will see an order confirmation on your screen with an order number. You will also be sent an email order confirmation with your order number and the details on each item of men’s underwear or men’s swimwear that you ordered.

Are my payment details secure?

 

Yes absolutely. We work with Braintree by PayPal for all our credit and debit card processing that offer the highest level of security and compliance. We also work with a number of other payment systems like Amazon Pay and Apple Pay that all offer a high level of security. On the site itself we have the highest level of encryption and SSL security to keep your details safe.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my men's underwear / swimwear to arrive?

 

We usually ship all men’s underwear and swimwear orders within 24 / 48 hours. We have stock held at different locations so that may change how long it takes for your order to arrive. Currently most of our men's underwear and men's swimwear is located in the USA so this will affect the time for your order to arrive.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

 

Once you order is ready and been sent we will send you an email confirming your order has been shipped. But if you are unsure you can log into your account to check the status of your men’s underwear / swimwear order. Alternatively you can email us at orders@manhood-undies.com for an update.

How is my order shipped?

 

Depending on where your items are shipped from we usually use United States Postal Service or Royal Mail and their international partners to ship your order. But depending on where your order is shipped from then we may use another postal service / shipping provider.

How will my order be packaged?

 

We use fairly plain packaging that will be discreet about what your order is. There’s no reason to be embarrassed about ordering men's underwear or swimwear, but if you want to keep it a secret that’s up to you!

Do you provide shipment tracking?

 

We only provide a tracking code for your order if it qualifies. If you select a basic or free shipping option then no tracking code will be provided. But we can still track an order to see if it had been delivered. So if you think any of your men’s under were or swimwear has gone missing then please contact us at orders@manhood-undies.com.

Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?

 

We try to be as flexible as we can be so if you need to change any details with your order then let us know as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee this is possible.

ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

 

Occasionally we make mistakes and we may miss an item, or pack the wrong item. This could be down to an honest mistake or possibly because we are out of stock. But if we make a mistake we will rectify it right away. If you think there is a problem with your men's underwear or swimwear order then get in touch right away by emailing orders@manhood-undies.com 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

 

Our men's underwear and swimwear products are sourced from high quality men's underwear and swimwear brands and manufacturers. Its rare that we have any reports of faulty products, but with so many products stocked then its possible the odd product may have an issue. If you you let us know then we will replace or refund any product.

Will you refund the shipping charges ?

 

If your men's underwear or swimwear needs to be returned or exchanged through an error on our part or through a faulty product then we will pay any shipping costs. If its being returned through your own choice then you will have to pay any shipping costs.

My order hasn't arrived and its taking a long time?

 

Sometimes orders can be delayed or very occasionally go missing. If you think your order is taking longer then you would expect it to, then you can log on to your account to check its status. If you are still concerned about your order then contact us on orders@manhood-undies.com 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange items from my order?

 

If there is something wrong with your order or an item of your men's underwear or swimwear is faulty then we will happily replace, exchange or refund your item. If you do not like your item or do not think it will fit, then we will happily exchange or give you store credit as long as the item is still in unworn brand new condition. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on sale items unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please see our Exchange & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I get a refund?

 

Yes we will issue a refund if there is something wrong with your order or an item of your men's underwear or swimwear is faulty. If you want to change an item because you don't think it will fit or its s not as expected then we issue store credit. As long as the item is in as new condition. Please see our Exchange & Refund Policy for full details.

What is your return policy?

 

In summary we will accept returns for any incorrect or faulty items. We will also accept returns item that are not suitable, but they must be in as new condition, unworn with all tags and packaging intact. Please read our full Exchanges & Returns Policy for full details.

How long will it take to get my refund?

 

We will issue any refunds once we have received any men's underwear or swimwear back and its is in the required condition. The time it takes to appear in your account will depend on the payment processor. We advise waiting at least 5 days from your refund being authorised. If after this you cannot see the refund then please get in touch.

Who pays for the shipping on returned items?

 

If your return is due to our mistake or faulty men's underwear / swimwear then we will pay for or reimburse you for the shipping. If the return is of your own choosing then you must pay the cost. Any men's underwear or swimwear is your responsibility until we receive it.

Loyalty Scheme & Product Reviews

Do you have a loyalty / reward scheme?

 

Yes we do, our Big Balls rewards scheme give you 1 point for every 1 spent. You can also earn points in lots of other ways such as liking social media posts. You can trade your Big Balls Rewards points into coupons for money off men's underwear and swimwear.

How does the loyalty scheme work?

 

Make sure that when you buy any men's underwear or swimwear that you log into your Manhood Undies store account. Once you complete your order then the points will be added to your account. We will also add points to your account if you complete product reviews and other things.

How do I claim my rewards?

 

Once you have enough points then you can convert them into money off coupons to use on the store. Just log into your account and use your points to gain the required amount off. The more points you have the more money you will get off your order.

Why did I get an email asking for a product review?

 

Product reviews of men's underwear and swimwear help other customers decide if they should purchase the item they are looking at. So it helps them and helps us to sell the right products. Thats why every time you order men's underwear or men's swimwear we will send you an email asking you to review them.

Why should I complete the product review?

 

By reviewing products you will help other customers decide if a certain item of men's underwear or swimwear is right for them. We will also reward you by giving you extra Big Balls Rewards for money off future orders.
