The jock part of this harness is one piece of material that forms the straps and the front with no additional waistband. It is purely held up by the front short strap. The jockstrap section sits super low showing plenty of flesh. It's made from a mixture of sports mesh and sheer mesh. the pouch is contoured and will just about contain your manhood.
