Manhood Undies Exchanges / Returns

We are sure that you are going to love your new underwear or swimwear, but just in case you are not satisfied with your new pink thong or swim shorts all our items are covered by our 21 day exchange / return guarantee. So please make sure your items reach us within 21 days of the purchase date.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method less the shipping costs unless your order was incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the shipping costs as well. Your refund will be processed within 10 days of the items being received by our warehouse.


If you return an item that is part of a promotional offer, then you will void that offer and your refund will be calculated accordingly.

When you return your items they must be: 

  • In the original unused / unworn condition – We love men's underwear, but we don’t want your used briefs!
  • Have all labels still attached and be in the original packaging
  • Returned with a copy of your delivery note

How to return your items: 

  • Log into your account and complete the returns form or complete the form on your delivery note
  • Send the items to Manhood Undies
  • Make sure the item is packaged well
  • Pay for and obtain proof of postage

All goods are inspected on return and remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

You can also exchange your item within 21 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of the replacement colour must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.

Follow the same returns process as for a refund but detail the new size or colour of the replacement on the returns section of your delivery note.

We'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account - we can’t send a replacement to a different address.  To check or update your address details, log into My Account.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
