COVID19 Corona Virus Update From Manhood Undies

We hope that you and all your loved ones are healthy and coping with the various restrictions that have been imposed around the world due to the COVID19 Corona Virus Pandemic. These are unprecedented times and we want to assure you that we are doing what we can to continue to provide you with great men's underwear and swimwear whilst ensuring we protect you and our workforce.

Despite the ongoing situation we are still processing orders which are being processed and shipped from our fulfilment partners warehouse that is located in Florida, USA. Every precaution is being taken to ensure that this facility is operating within the specified Government and W.H.O guidance.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states: There is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.” The CDC’s statement refers to packages that have been in shipment for at least several days and did not come into contact with any sources of contamination after packaging.

The World Health Organization addresses the concern as well, by saying that it is safe to receive packages from locations with reported COVID-19 cases. From their website: “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

Despite this the ongoing pandemic is having an impact on some of our operations, these mainly relate to the time it is taking for some orders to be delivered. We are also struggling to send orders to certain counties due to them not accepting incoming mail. Most domestic USA orders are being delivered on time with only a few minor delays, but we are seeing substantial delayed on a number of international orders to our second biggest market in Europe.

Most of our customers are seeing no or very little delay in their orders being processed and delivered, but there will be some instances where there is a delay. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
